To plate
- Thinly cut the beef fillet and place 3-4 slices on the centre of the plate, dress the salad and split between the four plates on top of the beef.
- Spoon some of the crème fraiche around the edge of the beef and then drizzle with some of the sweet balsamic. Serve and enjoy.
